• UAE: We currently offer domestic shipping throughout the UAE.
• International: Bento Mio aims to expand internationally in the future. Stay tuned for updates as we plan to make our products available worldwide.
2. Processing Time
• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• UAE Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of [AED 20] with an estimated delivery time of 1-5 business days.
• Express Delivery: Available for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered within 2-7 business days.
• International Shipping: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be 5-15 business days.

5. Shipping Delays
