Bentomio Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bentomio. We deliver across the UAE, GCC countries, and internationally.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times

• United Arab Emirates: AED 10 shipping fee. Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
• GCC countries: AED 25 shipping fee. Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
• International: AED 35 shipping fee. Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days.

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, weather, customs, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please contact us if you have questions about your delivery.

Missing or delayed packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears to be missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate.

Customs and import fees

For orders outside the UAE, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee.
