• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Domestic Shipping (UAE):
• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over AED 200.00. For orders under AED 100.00, a flat rate of AED 20 applies within the UAE only.
• Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days.
• International Shipping:
• Shipping costs for international orders will vary based on the destination and package weight.
• Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Note: These estimates may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs processing.
3. Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to you.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• Bento Mio is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges incurred for international shipments. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Undeliverable Packages
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will reach out to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
• Bento Mio is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting the courier service directly if your package goes missing. However, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to assist.
